Handwritten cards for realtors, without the writer's cramp.
Your sphere buys and sells through people they remember. Fondest mails postcards in your own handwriting on the dates that matter, so staying in touch stops depending on a free Sunday afternoon.

The moments worth a card
- Home anniversary. The one date every past client has in common with you: the day they got their keys.
- Closing thank-you. A note that lands a few days after closing, while the move is still fresh.
- Birthday. Added from your CRM export or from the client's own address link.
- Referral thank-you. Thank the person who sent you a lead, in writing, quickly.
- Seasonal check-in. Two or three touches a year for the people you have not spoken to in a while.
Why it works for realtors
Handwritten mail stands out because most of what lands in a mailbox is printed in bulk. The point of a handwritten card is that it looks and feels like you took a minute for that person.
The hard part is not writing one card. It is writing the two hundredth, on the right date, with the right name and address, every month for years. That part is a calendar problem, and software is good at calendars.
Fondest renders your own handwriting from a sample you provide, adds natural variation so no two cards match, and queues each one for your approval before anything is mailed.
How Fondest runs it for you
Closing dates can come from a CSV export or, later, a CRM connection. Each card carries a QR code so you can see which cards got scanned and which turned into referral leads.
Straight talk. Fondest prints your handwriting digitally. It is not written with a pen, and we say so plainly. If a client asks, tell them the truth: you wrote the alphabet once and we set it for every card.

Does it work for a small sphere of influence?
Yes. Pay as you go has a low minimum, and the smallest plan covers 25 cards a month.
Can I get past clients' addresses without chasing them?
Fondest will give you a link to send them. They type their own address, and an optional birthday, in about 20 seconds.
Will cards go out without my say-so?
